ADM’s floating multi-grade contracts for wheat and barley are now available for this season. Growers who wish to fix their APW1 or BAR1 barley price now can do so while leaving the remaining wheat grades or malt price spreads floating until harvest. Growers may take the view that grade spreads will improve over the season compared to the fixed grade bids today.
Daily grade spreads for East Coast (Qld, NSW, Victoria and SA) and Western Australian port zones will be posted from November onwards.
